This image looks as if Lady Boo Boo (my dog) did Shrooms. Just for all the animal lovers out there I did not give my dog drugs, I just painted her in a landscape that is somewhat hallucinogenic. I started this image a while ago and have been slowly developing it. It still feels unfinished but unfortunately for me I have a deadline and you do what you can. I can always rework it later. Now this is an image that has been slowly in progress for a while. I struggled towards the end and really feel that the upper left is incomplete but at this point I’m going to call it and if in the future I decide I want to tackle the image again I will. Enjoy and see you next time!
It feels like a strange pod of jellyfish. I liked the image here but the color is WAY TO PURE. I really need to do a second attempt with this image and tone it down a bit. The creatures are definitely aquatic but take elements from the Veiled Lady Mushroom which is honestly one of my favorite things to draw. I think they are amazing plant structures. If you are not familiar with them you should probably look it up. Enjoy and see you next time.
